
Kate Dewhurst - Paediatric Osteopath
Kate is the principal osteopath at Edge Osteopathy and specialises in treaties babies.
She qualified from the British School of Osteopathy in 2016, has completed postgraduate training in paediatrics, and has also worked as a clinic tutor on the paediatric course at the British School of Osteopathy.
Kate works closely with local infant feeding groups, health visitors, and midwives, and has extensive experience supporting babies before and after tongue tie release, working alongside local tongue tie clinics. She takes a gentle, evidence-based approach and is passionate about supporting babies, children, and families with safe, effective care.

Kate is a fully insured member of The Institute of Osteopathy and is registered with The General Osteopathic Council.

Catherine Wasik - Osteopath and Mummy MOT® Practitioner
Catherine combines hands-on osteopathic treatment with acupuncture, individualised herbal
medicine, and tailored rehabilitation exercises to support recovery and long-term wellbeing.
She has a particular interest in women’s health and is trained in The Mummy MOT® and
hypopressive breathing techniques to support pelvic floor and postnatal recovery.
Alongside her clinical work, Catherine is an experienced rider and horse owner, with a strong
understanding of horse and rider biomechanics. She is known for her kind, patient-centred
approach and is dedicated to helping individuals improve their health, movement, and overall
quality of life.

Catherine is a Registered Osteopath and qualified Medical Herbalist with a strong
commitment to natural and holistic healthcare. She qualified as a Medical Herbalist at
Middlesex University in 2000 and is a long-standing member of the National Institute of
Medical Herbalists (NIMH). In 2008, she qualified as an Osteopath at the European School of
Osteopathy and is registered with the General Osteopathic Council.
